Personal Development Classes.
These teach core skills to help you access and explore your own psychological material. They include building the Observer, setting appropriate Boundaries, learning how to Track feelings within the body, exploring Projection, looking at Blind-spots and dealing with emotional over-reactions and irrational responses.
Weekly Class Thursday 11 - 12pm, Totnes.
Cost £60 for six classes beginning April 27th. Booking Required.
Spiritual Development Classes.
These teach skills to build and strengthen your connection to the Divine and to your Higher Sense Perceptions. Skills include Sacred Space templates, Healing visualisations, the Antahkarana, Chakra Deity work and Sacred Flame meditations.
