Healing retreats are an opportunity for you to dedicate some space to yourself to heal.
The seven day daily programme involves meditation, visualisation, creative work, and healing sessions to support your exploration and growth. The programme is a personal vision quest at a time when we explore the darkness around us to uncover the Light within.
The pandemic is challenging us all to deal with grief, loss, letting go and recovering our sense of work and what is important in our lives.
This programme offers a structure, support and a sacred space to help you heal and evolve through this collective time of crisis and revisioning.
The programme includes:
- an initial intention setting and programme opening 60 minute workshop session (currently held on zoom)
- virtually guided shamanic meditation walks through Berry Head National Park
- vision boarding
- creating a totem
- creating a healing 'doll' or form
- personal development teachings and exercises
- healing session - 60 minutes (currently long distance)
- a closing integration and next steps 60 minute workshop session (currently held on zoom)
There is also the opportunity to create a programme organised around your personal intention and if you choose to come as a group for group facilitation work.
All art and creative materials are provided.
There is an extensive library of spiritual and personal development books for you to explore along with the Transformation Game.
Cost is £300 per person.
